| Mission | The mission of CWEP is to increase the quality of education training at all levels and in all its forms, as well as to promote entrepreneurship in order to foster the integration of any social group, regardless of gender, age, or ethnic origin. |
| Scope of Work | The Centre for Education and Entrepreneurship Support (CWEP) is a non-governmental, non-profit organization founded on 30.06.2004 by a group of entrepreneurs, teachers, social activists, and IT specialists from Rzeszow, Poland. The CWEP association works in the field of youth and cooperates with businesses, universities, schools, enterprises, and educational institutions operating as associated partners. CWEP has experience in organizing complex support for individuals at different stages of their lives, from childhood to elder age. It promotes entrepreneurship among young people at school, as
well as to those who already run their businesses. In 2015, CWEP was appointed as the Intermediary Organization for the centralized program Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs, coordinating and supporting in this respect both starters and experimented entrepreneurs from Poland. It also serves as an accredited ESC local contact point. |
| Objectives | The Association’s specific objectives are:
To improve the accessibility, quality, and efficiency of education for all people of all ages; To support youth in various initiatives; To support the social integration and realization of each individual, especially those who are endangered by social exclusion; To promote and contribute to education, life-long learning, e-learning, and the usage of new technologies in education, entrepreneurship, and energy saving; To provide support in breaking the barriers for people from difficult personal backgrounds by widening access to education and self-entrepreneurship. |

CWEP has partnered in many projects addressed to disadvantaged groups – those of special educational needs, for example, the youth, women, or migrants. Through professional relations trainer–trainee, the carried out so far activities in the mentioned respect have been very successful. Through previously and currently implemented projects, the Association has a well-established network of both schools at various levels and institutions that provide educational support. In this project, the network will be utilized in all activities.
CWEP supports young people, schools, adults, and enterprises from the SME sector, organizing training courses and workshops on entrepreneurship, integration, social awareness, and literacy and applying for EU-funded programs, providing advisory services in the mentioned areas.
